• The Amigos Globales Project aims to improve Literacy in kids and teenagers through workshops and activities in different topics such as: environmental responsibility, entrepreneurship and multiculturalism. Trainees will enhance a global learning environment for kids and youngsters in different communities through cultural education.

In Panamá there are a lot of communities in the situation of social disadvantage, with limited access to quality education and almost no contact with other international cultures. We believe that providing the young people of these communities a cross-cultural education experience will increase a lot the quality of their learning.

The trainees will develop management skills enabling them to grow as entrepreneurs and help the organizations to develop. Participants will be performing in the areas of marketing, finances, human resources, sustainability and general management in different NGOs.

There are more than 500 social organizations in Panamá, but only some of them have access to talented people with the right knowledge and experience to make them grow as a sustainable organization. The Share Your Voice Project aims to enhance multicultural understanding and students’ personal development through languages. Trainees will have the opportunity of delivering workshops and trainings to university and high school students to share their language, culture and experiences.

The Panamanian youth need to develop their global mindset in order to be more aware about world issues and cultures and then be able to become more active. Also, Panamá is one of the countries with the lowest rate of bilingualism in Latin America and we believe that when the young potential leaders can be more empowered to communicate with others, they can do a better impact in the world.
