AIESEC Norway elected MCP for the term 2012—2013, selected 3 MC VPs, realized Fk project, WEP. Now AIESEC Nor-way is recruiting new members to the organization. February is the month for finishing membership promotion, selection and induction, starting OGX promotion and continuing ICX realization. We have our new and realistic goals, so : READY, SET, GO! Lets ACHIEVE! ———————————— Elle is on LC visit to Bergen this week to attend Induction and the LCP elections! Elle is preparing for IPM (International President meeting which will take place in Hungary 13 - 25.02.2012) Beata is working on the Global Talent,creating the agenda and booking speakers. is taking part in the induction seminar in Oslo. Meda just finished the application for EVS funds for next MC team and is working on implementing the new accounting system. She is also tracking the recruitment supporters and is happy to see how well the LCs are performing in the recruit-ment. Stava is working on the Fk project and have started to work on our next conference Achieve! Will be participating in UiO’s LCP election next week and go to Hungary to work on the Fk project. Didi is in Romania, studying and having her exams. She will be back to Oslo 13.02.2012. Dasha is working on Global Talent seminar together with Andreas and Beata. She is preparing webpage for the OGX pro-motion. She is Achieve agenda manager. Right now Dasha is in Trondheim for the LCP elections. Andreas and Elle is going to International Presidents Meeting in Hungary on Friday and we will be there for the rest of February. IPM is the conference of all MCP current and elects from all countries in AIESEC and among a lot of exciting objectives of the conference we are electing our new President of AIESEC International. PROJECT UPDATES

GCDP ICX

In Winter Education Project both of the projects have been realized with 100% goal achievement and so far the workshops and activities have been a great success!

Global Volunteer (internship sales)

GIP ICX All the entities are working on the pipeline from the last quarter, UiO is matching Garnes Data and MC Rubrikk.no. 2 interns from Romania are starting their internship in Oslo in February: Anca at Digia Norway and Andrei at Rubrikk.no.

AIESEC UiO has realized one trainee that will work in Solsetra for 1 1/2 years! And UiB has decided to run the same project.

OGX

23 EPs (including Fk) are starting or finishing their exchange experience in the Your Impact, Africa Project. The main OGX peak of the year is coming up: the summer peak! For this semester, the main products in OGX are the GCDP project: Your Impact, Africa and Asia and Global Internship Programme with GO Business and GO Teach.

For the Fk project all the 15 participants have now started their exchange experience!

Global Talent: how to succeed abroad is a seminar which will take place in Oslo. Partici-pants: small and medium-sized IT companies. Venue: Norwegian business school BI. Date: 07.03.2012. Purpose of this seminar is to present AIESEC as HR solution to Nor-wegian companies, TN raisings. So far we have done 73 exchanges compared to 51 last year.

All LCs have new, realistic goals.

READY.SET.GO! Focuses

Goal : All LCs to have a full and prepared EB elects for the next term.

What is happening at the moment:

LCP election is happening and EB applicaftions will soon be happening

LCs should start now to think about preparing transition for their elects.

Goal : To have minimum 5 members excluding the EB elect in the LC for the whole of next term.

What is happening at the moment:

All LCs have done or doing membership recruitment to ensure that they have the mem-

bershp for this and the start of next term

Goal : All LCs to have minimum 5 months of secured income or reserves for for the next term.

What is happening at the moment:

As soon as LCs are starting up OGX and ICX activites, also have in mind the importance

of the financial implications of your operations. If we are not reaching our new goals, then it has not only impact on the people side, but also on the financial.

Goal : All LCs to reach 100 percent of the new excahnge goals.

What is happening at the moment:

All the LCs have their new goals and now it is time to ACHIEVE IT!

Goal : Aligned leadership body.

What is happening at the moment:

Since UNITE the LCPs and the MC have been continuing to improve the alignment of way

of working and direction so that AIESEC Norway will have the strongest and most efficient leadership body for the rest of the term.
