1. R&R Team Leader • Raise and Realize Team Leader • Job Description: -Lead a team of 3-4 people -Raise TN (打市場 說服他們跟我們簽約引進國際志工)

-Reception when EP realize (國際志工來台後跟合作機構保持密切聯繫)

2. CEM manager • Customer Experience Management Manager • Job Description: -Build a Tumblr page to attract more Eps to apply for our project -Buddy Program Responsible Person -Collect weekly feedback from both TN and EP -Hold events for our Eps from time to time • Learning points: -Hold Events -EP Experience Management -Marketing skills

1. (A)In the past, for 1415 generation we had many different kinds of TNs. Including farms, orphanages, churches, etc. However our current TNs become less and less.(合作機構):
