EY partnership delivery is one of 2 focus strategies on national level. National plan is to have 6 EY partners and to manage 80 % of RE with EY partners.

There has been established one centralized platform for tracking co-delivery as well as one common communication channel that will be used for all EY partners.

EST support is mostly needed in terms of follow up all delieverables on LC basis - frequent tracking of the centralized platform and communication channels.

Role- to collaborate with national iGCDP plenary in creation of EY strategies;

- to collaborate and to communicate with all EY partners on be-weekly basis, EST/MC level;- to collaborate and communicate with Skia LCVPs on weekly basis, making sure they follow up our part.

impact, we need to start with the basics - what is it that we have done on the 50 years of existence and how can we measure it.We have a lot of final reports and online data that we need to compile.

RoleThe Data Analyst will collect all sources of data at our disposal (final reports, online sources, etc.) and create a data system for easy storage and analysis of data. Must have data: exchange performance and membership base. Nice to have data: financial performance, partnerships,

governmental support. The Data Analyst will have freedom to come up with other initiatives reagarding this topic.

TM is in charge of ensuring the talent capacity of the LC, meaning number of members in structure and their development.While RCTM is a widely discussed and known topic, it only ensures the number of members

while their development goes mostly ignored.Recently, we are working on implementing the developent standards for members:

Team Minimums and the Leadership Development Model characteristics.

Role- design the implementation plan for the standards with MCVP and LCVPs;

- work with LCVPs and assist in implementing the standards on LC level.

matched, identify the target countries and other requirements and deliver a set of candidates’ CVs for the TN takers.

The national sales network operates on an online CRM system. The technical side of the system is maintained by an IT company, but we need to take care of

the rules enforcement and keeping them according to the CRM decree as a part of national compendium.

about usage of CRM. Track correct entries for corporate and non-corporate communication, enforce the punishments and solve disputes (if necessary).

Corporate partnerships demand a certain amount of focus in delivery, that is the key part of a partnership. Given the fact that there is no VPBD in the MC team, the responsibilities need to be divided - for partnership sales and

partnership delivery. This role is focused purely on partnership delivery.

RoleThe Events manager will be responsible for coordination of all national events organized throughout the term.

That includes external events (YouthSpeak Forum and other possible events under different brands) and internal events (company days at conferences and other internal events).

The coordination includes tracking OC, taking care of logistics, communication with account managers, etc. Being an OCP of the events is optional and can be discussed during the selection process.
