Since the end of the term is getting close, we are working towards starting the preparation ofthe Reward and Recognition Program for our current members. Furthermore, we have createda small database where we mapped the processes of every functional area and it has beenundergone next steps in order to update the database. To give our members a glimpse ofother cultures without being needed to travel around the world, Talent Management has comeup with a small internal project. The 10 different cultures of which our committee consists ofwill be brought to discussion through presentations and the myths will be put under question. Moreover, the representatives of the countries will bring some traditional food to take us a bitcloser to the respective countries.
