DESCRIPTION

Sarah's words (MCPe): I have been asked one day "How do you handle life?", the only answer I could give to this person was "Thanks to people like you!". As a leader, I am driven by my motivation, determination and most importantly by the people surrounding me. The experience of my team and members who will make history with me in Iceland is my number one priority. I am building a positive, proactive and complementary team which will impact above and beyond together as a family! More than competencies, I am looking for profiles of individuals who wish to actively develop and challenge themselves. My sense of purpose is to ensure that the foundations built so far becomes strong enough to remain a sustainable and meaningful entity in the long-term run. I envision AIESEC in Iceland to be a relevant entity providing and delivering the youth Icelandic generation with quality leadership opportunities.

Dear Candidate,

I am proud and honored to present you the application for the Member Committee Vice Presidents of AIESEC in Iceland for the term 15|16. I warmly welcome every candidate who wishes to join AIESEC in Iceland to make a difference and contribute to the growth of this entity.

This March 2015, I got the confidence and trust of AIESEC in Iceland to be their next MCP; giving me an amazing opportunity to take the next step in my career path and AIESEC journey. I am glad and excited to share this chance with you.

I remember applying and explaining how I want to do something bigger and how much I believe in what can be achieved. If I have learned something throughout my entire AIESEC experience, it is that everything is all about people, and it is up to us to achieve anything we wish to. Your time has come to give it a try and trust yourself for being passionate, motivated and determined. Good luck!
