MENTORS' REPONSIBILITES
Facilitate inner journey for mentee
Develop mentee competencies
Communicate with LCVP TM of AIESEC HY
Inner journey is the great concept of AIESEC to help developthe leadership. Mentors will help their mentees go throughthis journey.
All mentors need to communicate with LCVP TM (mainreponsible for this mentor program) about the progress of thementees by filling some require document.
Mentors need to lead their mentees to realize, develop andunleash their Global Competences: World Citizen, Self-Awareness, Empowering Others and Solution-Driven.
