it is instructed to all the Principals of Private Aided Junior Colleges in City Cadre of Hyderabad to

furnish the following information under R.T.I. Act 2005.

1] Details of staff (both Teaching and Non-Teaching) working in Private Aided Jr Colleges in City Cadre such as:

a) Teaching staff: i) Their nativity (School studies details 1st to 10th class) ii) Mode of their appointment

b) Non-Teaching staff: i) Their nativity (School studies details 1st to 10th class) ii) Mode of their appointment

2] Details of student strength in Private Aided Jr Colleges in City Cadre for the last (05) years (Group wise, Subject wise)

3] Details of IPE results of Private Aided Jr Colleges in City Cadre for the last (05) years (Group wise, Subject wise & Lecturer wise)

4] What are the steps taken on less results oriented Private Aided Jr Colleges in City cadre

5] Whether any Teaching and Non-Teaching staff has been redeployed to any Government Junior Colleges in Telangana State. If so, furnish details.

The Principals of Aided Junior Colleges in Hyderabad District are instructed to furnish the

above particulars immediately directly to the applicant under R.T.I. Act 2005 duly

extending a copy to this office on or before 13-02-2015 without fail. Any deviation in the

matter will be view seriously.

The above information from Sl No. 1 to 4 should be furnished immediately to the applicant

to the below mentioned address.
