AICPCU Exam registration Manual

This document assumes that the user has already created a student account in the CPCU site. Do not create a multiple student accounts, as this may cause you to not receive proper credit for exams, payment, etc.

Steps to register an Institute’s Exam1. Log on to https://www.aicpcu.org/ site using your credentials.

2. Go to Students -> Account Service(Login Req.) -> Exam Registration as shown below

3. You can register online to take any of ‘The Institutes’ exams given in the United States. Take a moment to review the schedules and fees for the course you are interested in, and log on when you are ready to register. You may charge your registration to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express using our secure server.

The above step takes you to the below screen. Click on ‘Register Now’ tab on the below screen.

4. Select the exam from the list below and click the Register button.

5. Select the exam and series you'd like to view information for by clicking on the appropriate link. There are 4 test window available in a year ‘Jan-Mar 2011’ or ‘Apr-Jun 2011’ or ‘Jul-Sep 2011’ and ‘Oct-Dec 2011’. The user has to select the appropriate window. Please note that there are two options for taking the exam ‘Prometric’ and ‘Onsite’. Please click on the onsite ‘Exam Details’ option as TCS has an approved onsite test center.

6. The above step takes you to the below screen. Click on ‘Register for this exam’ option below.

7. Please select Program as ‘AINS’, Preparation Method as ‘Independent Learning’ and check in ‘do not require Continuing Education (CE) to be filed for this exam’ option. For Exam center click on ‘Choose Center’ command button.

8. This will take you to the new screen which lists ‘Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Centers’. Please select ‘International Centers’ and click on ‘List Centers’ command button.

9. Please select ‘WII11 – Tata Consultancy services center’ from the list. This will take to the screen of step 7. Click on ‘Add to Chart’ Command button.

10. The above steps takes you to the below screen. Please verify the exam you want to register and Click on ‘Submit Order’.

11. Provide the shipping address details in the below screen and click on continue.

12.After you provide all the details, this will take you to the below screen. Click on ‘Process Order Now’.

13. Provide the credit card number and its expiry date and click on charge card. Once the order is partially or fully released for shipping, the appropriate order amount will be charged. Please do not click on back or refresh button once you click on ‘Charge card’. Doing so may result in your card being charged more than once.

14. A confirmation page will be displayed with the details of your exam registration on the successful registration. Please contact the On-site testing center in person to schedule an appointment. Please note that you can take the exam in the scheduled window only.
