A Recent Presentation in France by Edgar Soulié From a Conference about the Astronomer Kepler (1571-1630)

Edgar Soulié gave this presentation at the Kepler conference in France on October 22, 2016. The location was the Abbadie Castle at Hendaye in the Atlantic Pyrenees mountains.

Both use the French language, but if translation is needed, the website translate.google.com is much better now that it was when we used it two years ago. We begin to see that the Universal Translator device from science fiction (maybe from the original Star Trek television show) might soon be a reality.
