The location was the Abbadie Castle at Hendaye in the Atlantic Pyrenees mountains. Here is a link to the Word document, and here is a link to the first third (9 MB) of his PowerPoint document. Both use the French language, but if translation is needed, the website translate.google.com is much better now that it was when we used it two years ago. We begin to see that the Universal Translator device from science fiction (maybe from the original Star Trek television show) might soon be a reality.
