Format of the Event

Event Planning& Implementation

Villagineer looks for an organization (CSR, Foundation, etc.) to sponsor the event and set the context. Once the City, Venue and Date is fixed, Villagineer reaches out to several good development organizations in that area to generate interest. Villagineer also takes there detailed data to identify relevant interests, geographies and willingness to collaborate.

Pre-Screening: Villagineer pre-screens Businesses with respect to Type of Programs being implemented in various geographies by Development Partners (CSRs & NGOs)

During Event: Villagineer sets up the context and exposes audience to Villagineer Collaboration model, ensures speakers make a compelling pitch & facilitate structured feedback followed by open discussion

Based on the detailed feedback forms, Villagineer team records the interests and makes formal introductions of the various organizations looking for collaboration.

Networking, based on the pre-event screening, participants used 1 hour time at the end of event to have 1-on-1 meetings to take engagement further.

Post-event follow-up
