- First level maintenance and troubleshooting of SDH and DWDM networks.
- Maintains 99.9% over-all systems reliability and service availability.
- Operation, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning (OAMP) of multi-
vendor Transmission equipment.
- Mapping and configuration and maintenance of multi-bandwidth capacity
links through SDH/DWDM networks.

- Performing and follow up alarm clearing procedure of both transmission and
power networks (on call 24/7).
- Responsibility for production of technical designs across existing transmission
platforms including Microwave, PDH, SDH and Ethernet to fulfills project
requirements.
- Handling PNMS Project for more than 1200 NEC Microwave links.
- Operation, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning (OAMP) of
Microwave Transmission equipment (Harris, NEC and RTN).
- Installation, commissioning, management, troubleshooting and configuration
of routers,switches (CISCO, HUWAEI) and media converter (Fibridge,mercury).
- Configuration, Testing and troubleshooting of STM-n, DS3/E3, E1 and Ethernet
Links over SDH&PDH networks.
