2013 ROBOTICS CAMP
EXPERIENCE THE FUN OF ENGINEERING
Students will work in teams of 4-6, combining
ages and abilities for maximum inspiration andcollaboration.
Each team of kids will have a personal coachwho will stay with
them throughout the week andguide them through the program.
Students develop skills in:
The Engineering Process
Teamwork skills (collaboration, communication)
Programming
Inventing an Innovative Solution to a real worldproblem
Presentation Skills
Students will work with coaches, mentors andteam members of the
AHERT Ravens, a FOUR timeWorld Championship Qualifying
Team/Program.
Our week will wrap up with a Team ExpoPresentation. Each team
will present theirdesigns, demonstrate their programming andshare
their innovative solution with other teams,
coaches and parents/guests.
