Dear Residents,

Entering the month of August, you will probably notice the sudden splash of red and white displayed everywhere, This month is eagerly waiting by all the people of Indonesia, this is the month where people of Indonesia will celebrate Independence day of Republic Indonesia which falls on August 17. Throughout the day, Indonesians of all ages participate in a wide variety of activities. From flag raising ceremonies, parades, neighborhood competition such as: palm tree climbing, cracker eating competition, sack races and many more games

As a part to celebrate the Independence Day of Indonesia, We will be held a fun day to you and your family in honor of Independence Day. We hope that you would come and join the fun because it’s definitely a great chance to experience one of the country’s most celebrated traditions. Sure it be a great fun for families and friends, where the spirit of Indonesian Independence Day is surely to be at its fullest

REGULATION

PETS 10.3 PETS

Resident are not allowed to bring/have/allow any kind of animals/pets into the Units or anywhere in the Common Area. The Building Management reserves the right to confiscate and dispose of any unauthorized pet found inside the Complex of The Pakubuwono House as it deems necessary. (10.3).

1.SAFETY AND SECURITY

1.5. Residents must all times keep at least one tank of 3 kg fire extinguisher in their respective unit and must be responsible for keeping the fire extinguisher in good working condition.

GENERAL BY LAWS FOR THE USE OF THE CLUB TOWELS

Towels are available at the club reception.Residents.Visitors are requested to return back the used towels to the respective counter.Non – returned or lost towels will be charged to the respective Resident.

FUNCTION & MEETING ROOM

-Only

Residents are permitted to use the Function & Meeting Room.

-Visitors must be accompanied by the Residents at all time

- Smoking is not allowed inside the Function & Meeting Room. Only food and

beverages shall be permitted

- The Function & Meeting Room bookings must be made two days in advance or upon

availability, please contact our Business Center at Mezzanine Floor for reservation.

- The bookings are on a policy of first come first served basis

- The bookings are non-transferable

- The Building Management reserves the right to accept or decline any booking

For every Indonesian people, month of August is identical to national Independence Day and it is usually celebrated variously and joyful. In addition there are competitions in welcoming the Independence Day of Indonesia itself, many other activities also held, though. Of course these activities will add a sense of nationalism. Let’s check these activities or events that are often done in order to commemorate the day of independence, even expats who have lived in Indonesia enjoy every events held during the National Independence Day.

The flag ceremony activities are always present on every August 17th during Indonesia National Independence Day. In the morning, usually the flag-raising ceremony is performed completely and followed by flag-closing ceremony in the afternoon. The most monumental one is that The Flag ceremony itself performed in the Istana Negara, and can be seen live in variety of national television channel throughout Indonesia.
