AgriLife Guest Wireless Network Terms of Use and Authorization Form

All users of the AgriLife Guest Wireless network are required to review and sign this authorization form prior to using the AgriLife Guest Wireless Network service. Recommended Guest User Computer Requirements: Guest users are advised to meet the following minimum requirements for their computer devices prior to connecting to the guest network in order to properly protect their systems from potential security threats:

1. The computer operating system software should be up to date with the latest security and operating system patches.

2. Your computer should have an up to date and fully operational anti-virus product installed. 3. Your web browser should be up to date with all security and application patches.

Guest User Requirements: The following are required of all guest wireless network users:

1. No peer-to-peer client applications should be operating when using the AgriLife Guest network (i.e. music or video sharing applications, pirated or pornographic file sharing software)

2. No access to or from illegal software or pornographic web sites or services should be made while connected to the AgriLife Guest Network.

Accountabilities: Texas A&M AgriLife Research, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, their representatives and employees are not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur to a guest computer system while connected to the AgriLife Guest Network or anytime thereafter. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to properly protect their computer system. Acknowledgements: I agree to the above stated terms and hereby acknowledge abiding by the terms of use and conditions outlined in this document. I understand that the information I provide below may be provided to law enforcement authorities should they request the information while conducting investigations that are related to activities that may have occurred on the AgriLife Guest Network.
