Using irrigation and other cutting edge best farming practices to help increase the yield per unit on our plantain farms.
Installing processing plants on our farms to help reduce wastage of our farm produce and add tremendous value to our products. This in turn helps us make more money.
Providing conducive housing and accommodation for our farm workers within our farm estates. This in-creases productivity as our workers are able to lead better lives.
In the long be an industry heavy weight in the production of plantain flour and vegetable oil by forging partnerships that work with firmswith machineries.

To InvestorsHelp investors make a minimum of 40% returns annually in invested capital on our plantain, rice, maize and melon seed (egusi) farms,through innovative farming, appropriate storage and cutting edge processing.

To EmployeesHelp employees have another income source through sales of farm produce and company products in form of com-missions.
Help employees own farmlands at subsidized rates, while earning the same returns as investors.
To partners and shareholdersEnsure steady increase in the value of shares as we keep expanding insize, and keep providing tremendous value to the client base we serve.
Paying out 10% of total share value as dividend at the end of eachbusiness year to shareholders. This is in addition to the returns gottenon their initial invested capital.
HOW TO INVEST WITH US
Our agricultural investments are grouped into long term and short term investments.The long term investment runs for 10 months while the short term investments run for
5-7 months depending on the crop you sign up for.
Long Term Investment;The Plantain Farm Investment
The investment runs for 10 months uninterrupted
Minimum investment capital is N100,000 (A unit)
Investment capital is in multiples of N100,000 and
there is no maximumlimit.
Return on investment is 40%
Investors have the opportunity of paying a visit to
our plantain farm estate.
Investment is fully covered with the leadway
agricultural insurance.
Cultivation starts in March, and the window of
investing is January 5-February 26, 2021.
Short Term Investments
The Melon seeds farm (egusi)The investment runs for 7 months uninterruptedMinimum investment capital is N100,000 (a unit)Investment capital is in multiples of N100,000 and there is no maximum limit.The Return on Investment is 40% Investment is fully covered with the leadway agricultural insurance.
Cultivation starts in May
The window of investing is April 1- April 30, 2021.
The Rice farm
The investment runs for 6 months uninterrupted
Minimum investment capital is N50,000 (a unit)
Investment capital is in multiples of N50,000 and
there is no maximum limit.
The Return on Investment is 35%
Investment is fully covered with the Leadway
agricultural insurance.
Cultivation starts in June.
The window of investing is May 1- May 30, 2021.

Q: Are the farms insured ?
A: All farm investments are fully insured with the Leadway Agricultural Insurance
Q Can I withdraw my capital before the date of maturation?
No, you cannot. But if the reason is due to an emergency, youmay liquidate your investment, out of which an inconvenience
fee of 25% of your capital will be deducted.
Q: What happens if the farm yield is lower than expected?
You will get your capital and returns intact as our revenue is notonly from sales of farm produce, processing and storage is also a
strong revenue generator for us.
Q: What happens in cases of events that disrupt farming activities like the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: Your capital will be paid no matter what happens not later than amonth after our agreed date by God’s Grace.
Q: Can I visit the farm at will?
A: No, you would not be able to visit the farm at will due to logistics,but there are regular planned visits to our plantain farms which
you can also participate at a minimal fee.
