AGREEMENT

We, Spouses Ciriaco and Nena Cetro (Vendors), are the owners of a house and

lot located at ________________________. We signify our intention to sell the same to

Sps. Dionisio and Marietta Cetro (Vendee) in the amount of One Million Five Hundred

Thousand Pesos (P1,500,000.00) (Purchase Price). The Vendees agreed to pay the

amount in installments of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000.00) per month until fully

paid. It is also understood that in the event of the demise of the Vendors and the

purchase price is not yet fully paid the Vendees shall continue to pay the unpaid amount

under the same terms which will be equally divided among our ten (10) children.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Vendors and the Vendees have caused their name

to be affixed and have hereunto signed this presents, this .............day
