As per our discussion with your goodself we would like to give you the best

offer for the material contract which includes the following.

1. Supply material and labour to construct 3 floors as per the

Architect design and given measurements.

• Footing works

• Raising of columns

• Compound Wall

• Roof c/w centering, shuttering, with Reinforcement concrete.

• Construction of B.B.M main wall of 9’’and 41/2” partition

walls, parapet wall.

• Supply Material and Labour to Conceal the Electrical pipe in

roof and walls with approved switch box Wiring with Finolex.

(with suitable Guage for each point)

• Concealing of water and sewage plumbing pipes in all the

toilets. Kitchen, Sump to overhead tank, c/w all the chambers.

( Pipe and pipe fittings of G.I.TATA only). Shower mixer 

 point, wash basin, W.C. flush point, Health focet, waste water 

 pipe from WC point and Nany trap point till outside the toilet

till the Road..

• Filling of Cinder to all the Sunken floors and PCC with water 

 proof.

• Internal plastering to all the walls and sealing with lime

rendering.

• External plaster with sponge finish c/w scaffolding etc

• Construction of 41/2” B.B.M.walls and plaster to all the

common area.

• Sump with a capacity of 6000 ltrs / head room for staircase

• Slab for the over head tank / Sewage chambers

• Front elevation (only masonary works)

• Kitchen Slab with SS sink in Granite ( No Cabinets)

• Teak wood doors and windows with frames and fittings.(main

and pooja door frame 5”x 3”, other door will be Honne or Gum

Sal wood and window frame 4” x 2 ½ ”.

• Granite or marble flooring for indoor area with an allowance of 

Rs 75 per sft. Terracotta tiles for all the set back and terrace

floor with an allowance of Rs 30 per 

• Painting with two coat of full wall patty. Primer and two coat of 

Tractor Emulsion paint.

• All the toilets fittings will be from Jaguar continental for each

toilet the allowance will be Rs.15,000/-.

• Kitchen Sink and additional one wash basin in dining area

• Terrace Terracotta Tiles

• Breakfast table near Kitchen in granite

The above mentioned has been calculated in unit rate. Any omission /

addition the unit rate will be calculated.

Contract Excludes :

1. Masonary Works :

• Architectural finishers like, wall cladding, except toilet wall

2. Wood Works :

• Kitchen cabinet

• Any internal paneling

3. Electrical Works :

• Fixtures, fittings (Like Geaser, exhaust, tubes, fans, bulbs,

fancy fittings, auto Controller etc.)

• Main panel board

• Transformer 

• Cable from Bescom point to Main panel board

Note :

• The above said contract is for all the construction and masonary

works as per the architect design and inspection on each stage.

•Any alteration works in masonery / electrical / plumbing will bechargeable..

• All the excluding works from our contract can be executed by our 

team by submitting the quote for each item for approval.

• All projections balconies & chajja p.c.c all round the building &

construction of compound wall are taken as per unit measurement.
