Respondents’ anecdotes …
There is a lack of understanding that the related QA effort is more long term, and that tests span across sprints and span
across releases.
Leadership not sharing the full vision up front, team commits to a date, we receive MANY extra requirements and still need to
make the due date
Lack of end-to-end testing during earlier builds introduces functional changes at the end which presents more headaches
for development teams and subsequently harder for testing.
Unless a proper structure is chieved starting from Business to IT,
we'll be looking at a probable downfall of quality.
No recognized process for testing within Agile teams. Most teams still fall
into shorter waterfall or no testing process at all.
