Agile training is a new form of training introduced by businesses to help in delivering products into
the market in a faster, flexible, and stable manner. Traditionally there were some methods that were
in use to try and serve the same purpose. Agile is the new method of delivering these skills to a team
of employees. For projects to succeed, organizations need to support the process, customers need to
be involved, teams will need to be self discipline and the project manager should be in a position to
facilitate and lead the team. This has been made possible by engaging the team in agile training.
Working in agile environment means being in a position to quickly deliver customers feature on time
and also respond to their needs by being able to balance flexibility and stability in the ever-changing
world.
Agile training will be for different people with different positions within a team. This will be from the
Executive and leaders to beginners.
Agile for beginners will help them to: decide if your organization is ready to accept estimate and
status reports that are different from previous projects, determine whether customers will be an
active participant on a daily basis, identify any short coming that your team may be facing, determine
if the project manager has skills and characteristics needed to lead an agile project. Through an
