WHAT IS MAGNESIUM SULPHATE?

Magnesium Sulphates are molecules that come together based

on having a positive and negative charge and is absorbed into

the body through the Osmosis effect through the skin.

Magnesium Sulphate salts can be very beneficial for individuals

with neurological conditions including autism spectrum, sensory

integration disorder, ADD / ADHD and many bone and muscle

related symptoms and common modern day illnesses.

HOW DO THE SALTS WORK?

Your body requires Sulphate as a pathway to process all the

artificial additives and toxins found in modern manufactured

foods. The body may have more toxins to process than it can

manage due to a lack of Sulphate. To alleviate the unpleasant

reactions such as hyperactivity, aggression, tantrums, sleep

problems, night sweats, irritability, eczema, and other skin

conditions as well as headaches, migraines and muscle tension,

you can unclog the “bottle-neck” effect by increasing the

Sulphate levels in the body. A simple bubble bath in our salts

will help increase the Sulphate levels and immediately start to rid

the body of these toxins.

It basically comes down to this: people who suffer from the

listed modern day symptoms / illnesses probably have a

Magnesium and / or Sulphate deficiency.

ARE THE SALTS SAFE TO USE?

Multiple tests have shown that Magnesium Sulphate is perfectly

safe to use for just about everyone. You can’t overdose on it as

your body will only absorb what is needed to saturate your

Sulphate levels. If you suffer from a kidney disease or illness, it is

recommended that you consult your doctor prior to use as the

salts may over stimulate the kidneys. For any other concerns, it

is always best to first consult your doctor prior to use.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE SALTS?

Magnesium Sulphate is so safe to use that the more you use the

salts the more you benefit. It is suggested that the salts be used

daily in the bath to help maintain the optimum levels your body

requires. Follow the initial recommended dosage and then play

with the quantity until you find the best dosage suited to you.

A JOURNEY TO SUCCESS

Therific Naturals started quite by accident in my kitchen at

home. After playing around with a few ideas I decided to test

the market and little did I know I had discovered a goldmine.

Within weeks of marketing and selling my new products, I had

grown out of the comfort of they kitchen, taken over the office

area and then the entire dining room. Four months later I was so

busy that I decided to recruit independent agents to market and

sell the products for me so that all I had to do was mix and keep

up with production.

At the end of the fourth month, I already had thirty six agents

country-wide selling my amazing products. By eight months I

had practically taken over the whole house and decided it was

time to move into my first factory unit. Within weeks of

spreading my wings and expanding on production I realized that

there was just so much more potential to grow and it was at

eleven months into the business that I decided it was time to

start franchising.

I proposed the idea to my existing agents and within the first

week I had my first eight franchises sold. Cape Town is now sold

out and my focus is on selling franchised areas off on a country-

wide scale to assist in maintaining the agents we have that are

spread around the country. With a franchise in place, the

allocated area will receive regular training, stock will be more

readily available to the area and the public eye will become more

NEW ENROLMENT PACKAGES FOR AGENTS

Two package options

Basic Enrolment

• R100 which goes directly to the Marketing Fund

• No stock and No flyers included

• May not enter Franchise competition

Stock Enrolment

• R1300 ( R100 goes to marketing fund, R1200 cost of

stock )

• 4 x Daiquiri Foot Treatments included free (value R160)

• Stock is standard and may not be exchanged or altered

in ANY way.

• 48 Flyers with personal contact details will be sent with

Start-up stock.

• May enter into the Franchise competition 2012

NEW COMMISSION STRUCTURE

With effect from 1 February 2012 this will be the new

commission structure:

• R0 – R1000

cost of sales = 20% for entire following month sales

• R1001 – R2000


• R2001 and up


• ALL specials will be calculated at 20% commission

regardless of turnover.

• Bonus = spend R2001 on your first order of the month

and receive 25% for the entire current month.


NEW AGENT TARGETS FOR 2012

• Agents will be required to sell a minimum RETAIL value

of R800 per month in order to stay active. (this equates

to a spend of R600 – R640 per month)

• This will come into affect from their 3rd

month. ( start-

up stock equates to 2 months targets)

• This is calculated MONTLY and not averaged over 3

months.

• Failure to achieve this target may result in agent rights

possibly being forfeited. ( within reason )

• Continuation due to failed targets will be at the

discretion of HO.

AGENT WIN A FRANCHISE 2012

• As part of the marketing campaign to attract more

potential franchise owners, Therific Naturals will later

this year run a competition where one lucky agent

could WIN A FRANCHISE in 2012

• Basic terms will include, stock start-up package,

minimum 3 months active, competition forms to be

filled in which include things like their story of either

success or trial and tribulation, ways and means /

ideas for marketing, how they intend to grow their

area and why they would be an asset.

• HO plus 1 independent person ( not working for us )

plus 2 current franchise owners will do the judging.

• Closer to the time, when entries open ( 1 June 2012 ) a

list of available franchise area will be provided to all

those that wish to enter.

AGENT ANNUAL INCENTIVE BONUS

ALL agents will be entered into the Annual Turnover Reward

Scheme.

• The agent with the highest turnover will win an all

expenses paid weekend for two valued at no more than

R5000.

• Every Agent that achieves a RETAIL turnover above R36

000 (calculated from 1 February 2012 until Factory close

in December 2012) will receive a R500 credit on their

account for January and February and March in 2013

PACKAGING / POSTAGE

• Minimum Quantities

o All stock that is to be posted / couriered must

be purchased in the prescribed quantities. **

• Delivery of Stock

o Agents that are based in Cape Town may

arrange to collect their own stock from the

factory. No minimum quantity applies.

o Should Cape Town based agents want their

stock delivered, they must adhere to the

minimum quantities per order

o Stock in Cape Town will be delivered on a

Thursday between 10h00 and 13h00 provided

orders are received and paid for by Tuesday.

o All other areas, stock will be delivered via

courier if in main city centres otherwise sent

via the post office.

o Courier / postage is included in the price. **
