i. Councilor Roger G. Abaday reported that Cagayan de Oro has been chosen as one of the Finalists in the Search for the Most Child-Friendly City in the country, among other things.

ii. Councilor Alexander S. Dacer reported about Section 98 of the Local Government Code, which provides for the composition of the Local School Board and Section 101 thereof which provides that LSB members shall perform their duties as such without compensation and/or remuneration. He presented a photocopy of the payroll of LSB with expanded members and the amount of honorarium they received, to the contrary of said provisions, among other things.

Action taken: The report and all the reactions thereof were referred to the Committee on

Education for appropriate action.

iii. Councilor President D. Elipe reported that the farm-to-market road project in Barangay Tignapoloan with a budget of P11 Million (Citys counterpart - P1.1M) might suffer a little delay after a representative of the DPWH-First District Engineering Office informed the Committee on Finance of the technical problem thereof, among other things.

Action taken: The report and all the reactions thereof were referred to the Committee on

Public Works for appropriate action.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR SIMPLE SUBDIVISION PROJECT OF THE HEIRS OF DELFINA V. DURAN, ET AL., COVERING LOT 11, BLOCK 11, PSD-25027 WITH AN AREA OF 349 SQUARE METERS, CONTAINING 3 LOTS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY NAZARETH, THIS CITY

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in session assembled that:

SECTION 1. - The application for Simple Subdivision Project of the Heirs of Delfina V. Duran, et al., covering Lot 11, Block 11, Psd-25027 with an area of 349 square meters, containing 3 lots, located at Barangay Nazareth, this City is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
