Application for Campus Construction Project

Project is for the Baseball Field - Coach Wayne Kendrick
Overview of Project; We are wanting to lay concrete from dugout to dugout that wlll connect to ourcurrent concession stand. This wlll allow for us to put our bleachers and picnic tables on the concreteand give a better look to our field. This will also allow for us to move the concession stand up closer tothe fence or eventually put a new concessions stand with a press box as well if we ever wanted to. Wewill also be putting concrete on the backside of the dugout to use to make a storage area for allof ourequipment. The one we have now is nowhere near big enough and all of our stuff has to sit out in theweather. We will also allow the softball team to use if needed and have them a key for it.

Dr. Hastings,
I asked about a month ago about a concrete project I was wanting to do for the baseball field, I'mwanting to put conclete from dugout to dugout and put the bleacherc and tables on them. This would givethe area a great look and less maintenance in those aleas. This would be cost free from the school andcounty. Baseball would be paying for all of it,
We would also like to pour concrcte on the backside of the dugout to we can put up a chain fence area tokeep things locked and out of the weather,
I know the proposal has to go in front of the board but I wanted to send you this letting you know what wewanted to do so we can get that sent in and voted on. Thanks.
