Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board accepts the Veolia May monthly wastewater report.

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board receives the Action Items list.

2) Biodigester Tipping Fees

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth Joint BioGRID Board receives this report and provides further direction. Finance:

1) Year to Date Financial Report

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth Joint BioGRID Board accepts the year to date financial report.

Approval of accounts for the period of December 16 to December 31, 2014 and from January 1 to June 22, 2015. Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board approves accounts in the amount of $3,269.44 for the period of December 16 to December 31, 2014 and in the amount of $128,895.75 for the period of January 1st to June 22nd, 2015.

10. Unfinished Business: 1) Terracedent Agreement

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth Joint BioGRID board receives this report and provides further direction to staff. 2) Fee Amendment from the Township of Chatsworth

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGrid Joint Board accepts the Resolution from the Township of Chatsworth for the following Biodigester amendments: Tipping Fees for the Sunset Strip be at $25 m3 or Georgian Bluffs to subsidise the difference if they wish and the Haulage fees to be removed from the Operating costs.

3) Proposed 2015 Biodigester Budget

Motion: (move and second) Be it resolved that the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board approves the 2015 Biodigester Budget.
