AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, REPRESENTED BY THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR OSCAR S. MORENO, FOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (DP) OF BALUBAL RELOCATION SITE HOUSING PROJECT WITH AN AREA OF 69,222 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, CONTAINING 567 UNITS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY BALUBAL, THIS CITY

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in session assembled that:

SECTION 1. - The application of City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno, for Development Permit (DP) of Balubal Relocation Site Housing Project with an area of 69,222 square meters, more or less, containing 567 units, located at Barangay Balubal, this City, is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
