RE: Completion of Acquisition List From Ex-Im Credit Agreement

Dear Ms. Obeng,

Last week we received the Ex-Im Credit Agreement documents and reviewed the forms associated with the acquisition list. We will put this into our system, but will not complete the document until after the team completes the re-estimation of the project. In addition, we are very busy associated with the site investigation and will not start on the acquisition list until mid December.
