Below are the instructions for submitting fingerprints. If you have submitted fingerprints to TSA in the past for the Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP), you DO NOT need to submit fingerprints for subsequent training. INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE The candidate MUST submit fingerprints in accordance with the below instructions. Once the candidate has paid the TSA application fee he/she must locate the nearest fingerprint collection location. These collection locations include several commercial U.S. Airports and U.S. Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Agencies. Go online to http://www.tsc-csc.com/printoffices/ or call (703) 797-2550 with questions about the fingerprint collection process. 2. Once the candidate has located the nearest collection location, he/she MUST CONTACT THE COLLECTION LOCATION BEFORE ARRIVING TO SUBMIT FINGERPRINTS to: * Schedule an appointment to submit fingerprints; * Ask if the candidate must supply his/her fingerprint cards (2 cards are required) and pre-paid shipping envelope (traceable means only, such as FedEx, UPS Next Day, etc.); and * Determine fingerprint collection fees and accepted payment methods. ****Please note that the fingerprint collector may charge each candidate a fee for collecting fingerprints that is separate and apart from the AFSP application fee.***** If the fingerprinting location requires the candidate to supply his/her fingerprint cards please call (703) 797-2550 to ask for fingerprint cards for the Alien Flight Student Program. The candidate may request a prepaid shipping envelope for an additional expense, but must pay for this by credit card. 4.
