MAJOR ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN SINCE LAST WEB UPDATE
1. Following are the important actions undertaken/ completed since last update of 15 Jun 17. 2. Till 15 Jul 17, ten allottees have registered their DUs physical possession of six DUs have also been given to the allottees.
3. Minor defects observed by allottees while taking over DUs have since been rectified. 4. Seepage observed in a few DUs while testing plumbing lines have also been rectified. Internal plaster / final coat in DUs would be undertaken after the same have been declared fit for occupation by PMC.
5. Allottees desirous of getting their DUs registered are requested to visit site on Tuesdays or Fridays, after completing other formalities in consultation with the Advocate. Authorized signatory from AFNHB would be available to accompany allottees on Tuesdays and Fridays.

A1 & A2 BLOCKS- (overall completion 99.75 %) Total Floors: - Stilt +9 Total Flats: - 106 (1350 SQ FT EACH) PROGRESS: Rectification of External painting, minor repairs/rectifications works of aluminium works in progress. External painting of Block A would be undertaken during Aug 2017.
