lass windows and glass doors are one of the very first and very last things that our customers get to experience when visiting our stores.

Store staff tend to affix posters, signs, announcements and other printed materials onto glass doors and windows without much attention to whether the overall look of the glass doors and windows will be a good one or not. Most of the time, the front glass of the store looks like a mess due to the unplanned posting of printed materials.

Due to this problem, our company is implementing a standard for placing printed materials on store windows and doors. The three (3) major places for posting in the store front are (Store Front Posting Areas):1. Doors2. PSH (Poster Sign Holder) Area - this is the window pane directly on the right side of door when viewed from street or outside level.)3. Window Panes Other than the PSH Area

Described in this section are the standards, procedures and materials we need to provide our customers with clean, uncluttered and attractive store windows and doors every single time they visit one of our stores.

Suction Cups (at least 2 per PSH)

Suction Cups. Get this from The Paper Tree. Top left and top right eyelets of PSH will have to have suction cups.

Put suction hooks on the top left and top right eyelets of the posters.

Affixing Posters onto Glass

Ask someone to measure 48 inches from the floor.2

Align the bottom of the poster to the 48-inch mark.3

Place suctions hooks on the bottom left and bottom right eyelet of the poster and then fasten suction hooks to glass window or door to secure the poster on all four sides.

Press down on the two suction hooks to affix the poster to the glass. Remember to align the poster to the horizontal center of the glass.

All collaterals must be placed in the Interior part of glass windows to minimize wear and tear.

1st PSH: When facing door from street level, PSH must be at window pane on right side of door.Bottom of sign holder must be 4 feet (48in) from interior floor. PSH must be in horizontal center of glass pane.

2nd PSH: Designated Public Announcement (DPA)in selling floor.

Please note that Product ads are preferred to be in 18x24 inch format for better visual impression.

Things You Need

Min of 1 PSH (Poster Sign Holder)

PSH is PVC Board 18x24 Portrait with machined eyelet on all sides.

Scissors

Scissors for clean cutting of adhesive tapes

Apply tissue tape at back of poster signs before affixing said posters to the PSH.

Suction Cups (at least 2 per PSH)

Suction Cups. Get this from The Paper Tree. Top left and top right eyelets of PSH will have to have suction cups.

Optional

Tissue Tape (½” or 12mm width)


PSH must be approximately 4ft or 48 inches above the interior store floor.

Affixing Posters and Signs onto PSH

Cut two strips of tissue tape, each approximately 1 inch in length.

1Apply the 2 strips of tape to the top left and top right side of the poster's back page.

Affix the poster to the PSH.

Note: Apply tissue tape only to the top portion of the poster so that removal of poster in the future is going to be really easy.

Notes: 1.) Follow tiling standards as shown in this manual.2.) Apply "Filler" posters as necessary.3.) Apply posters to front and back of PSH.

Put suction hooks on the top left and top right eyelets of the PSH.

Affixing PSH onto Glass

Ask someone to measure 48 inches from the floor.2

Align the bottom of the PSH to the 48-inch mark.3

To remove the PSH, simply push up the bottom of the PSH and then pull.Repeat from step 1 to add/change posters on PSH.

Press down on the two suction hooks to affix the PSH to the glass. Remember to align the PSH to the horizontal center of the glass.
