Charles, DIRECTOR of the OHIO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES CORPORATION. Do they REALLY have the LAWFUL authority to infringe upon the inalienable/unalienable rights of the Natural people of North America, the Moors? If so, from where does their authority derive?
