I, CATHERINE T. CAHUCOM, of legal age, Filipino, married to William A. Johnson and a resident of Binoling, Peaplata, Island Garden City of Samal, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and say:

That I only own an aggregate landholdings of not more than five (5) hectares in the Philippines, to include that area embraced in Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-183841, which I acquired by way of purchase from RODRIGO O. APALE;

That this affidavit is executed by me in compliance with DAR Memo No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as other laws and guidelines for the implementation of the DAR program and to further state that I only own an area of not more the Five (5) hectares.
