To produce a future long-range strike bomber
• The Air Force must maintain a modern, reliable, and highly capable strategic nuclear force able to deter aggression, promote stability, and provide extended protection to our allies and friends

AFA as a Professional OrgCapt Dan Whalen, CGO SubcommitteeCMSgt Katie McCool, Enlisted Subcommittee
Mission for this Year•Develop and articulate the value message to uniformed members
• Why should airmen think of AFA as their professional organization?
• Messaging to Junior Officer and Enlisted• Send a welcome AFA message through CGOC• Publish more articles/columns on what AFA is and what it does
• Correct message is a struggle for AFA: It requires face-to-face discussion and dialogue to figure out an individual’s value standard
• Company Grade Officer message on AFA• Value to uniformed members (ex: Financial Planning Forums)

We can all sympathize with the “tired feeling.” But this time we cannot--we dare not--stand by and let apathy again run its disastrous course. This time those of us who know what the score is must keep America awake. That, as I see it, is your No. 1 responsibility.
