Since you logged in through your Producer World, the system recognizes that you are NOT the client and it will not let you finish the application. Notice the red asterick verbiage above. You will get to this screen and you cannot go any further.

The answer “yes” to the question “Has anyone besides the applicant completed this application?” is grayed out and you can NOT change it if you got to this point from Producer World.

Now you must click on “Name’s”Account” at top of screen. You will see:

Click on View Saved Quotes. You will see:

Click Email Quote. Send it to YOUR email address. You must convince the system that YOU are the client. The only way to do that is to Send the quote. The quote will be sent to YOUR email because you entered it as your client’s email when you created the prospect. Double check that the email address is yours when the box comes up.

Look for this message in your email:

Click on the attachment “securedoc.html”

If you cannot open it by clicking on “Open”, click on the hyperlink “here”.

Click on “Aetna Email.html” in the upper right hand corner

This is what you will see:

Click on the link “Aetna Advantage Application Center”.

You will probably get this message:

Click “OK”.

You will now see:

The page you want to go to is BEHIND the lower half of this page! You must put your cursor on the line and move it down until you see the login page.

Keep lowering the line in the middle of the page with your cursor.

This is how it should look:

Now login as your client – you must have saved the temporary password and login information!

Click on “Already have an account? Log in Here! You will see:

Enter the temporary login information for your client that you have saved!

You will be asked to modify the client’s profile:

To keep it simple, keep the same temporary password since you already have it written down (or copied and pasted which is much better).You must also enter the client’s DOB again and answer password questions at the bottom of the page.

Click Continue-

This is what you will see:

Click Continue again.

You are now logged in as your client.

Click “View Application” to continue the application where you left off. Now that you are logged in as your client, the system will allow you to finish the application.

Click on Modify Application. This is what you see:

Now the question “has anyone besides the applicant completed this application” can be changed to NO.

Click “Save and Continue”.

Select form of payment:

Enter all banking information

Save and Continue and check “I have read and agree to the terms listed above”.

Enter the Client’s signature exactly as it is on the application:

Click Save and Continue. You will come to the last screen where you can print out the application if you want to.

The application is now pended for Agent Review. You MUST log in to Producer World, Go to Client Manager, find your application and ENDORSE it in order for it to be submitted!!!!
