Right from getting to the moon to building a 10 men pyramid all require effort of like minded people , similarly brining together 84 self motivated and highly professional individual to manage the Andrea Bocelli night in Bahrain was a major team achievement itself. It makes us happy to find so many of you around us to share the credit of this achievement.Team Gallure appreciates the value of your efforts and we promise to work towards a common goal of achieving the biggest team to revolt and achieve the impossible. Gallure had the magnificent opportunity to manage a concert of one of famous opera singer from Italy . Mr Andrea Bocelli with coordination of ministry of culture at Bahrain National Museum Of Manama.

In  an  unprecedented  turnout  of  opera  and  music  fans,  Spring  of  Culture  organizers  revealed  that  9ckets  for  the  Andrea  Bocelli  concert,  due  to  be  held  on  8th  March,  were  sold  out  within  the  first  hour  of  sales.In  total,  2988  9ckets  were  sold  in  that  hour,  indica9ng  the  immense  interest  in  opera  and  Bocelli  amongst  local  audiences  -­‐  Bahrainis,  residents  and  regional  visitors.The  concert  will  be  held  at  the  Bahrain  Na9onal  Museum  seafront  stage,  which  was  used  recently  as  the  site  for  the  official  launch  for  Manama,  the  Capital  of  Arab  Culture  2012  with  the  performance  of  The  Path  of  Pearls.  

A  legend  in  his  own  right,  Andrea  Bocelli's  talent  has  been  compared  to  the  late  PavaroN.

As  a  musician,  record  producer,  singer  and  song  writer,  his  most  

famous  performances  include  La  Boheme,  Tosca  and  Il  Trovatore.

An  inspira9onal  story  about  the  pursuit  of  one's  interests  and  ambi9ons  despite  the  odds,  the  Italian  singer  lost  his  sight  at  the  age  of  12  and  gave  up  a  career  in  law,  aPer  obtaining  a  doctorate  in  the  subject,  in  order  to  concentrate  on  his  music.

And  although  he  began  his  music  career  with  pop  music,  he  easily  crossed  over  with  classical  and  opera9c  singing,  releasing  over  16  music  albums  since  1996.

A  cultural  program  of  events  catering  to  all  audiences,  the  Spring  of  Culture  is  an  annual  celebra9on  of  culture,  which  falls  in  line  with  the  mission  of  open  dialogue  and  embracing  diversity  of  Manama,  the  Capital  of  Arab  Culture  2012.This  year’s  Spring  of  Culture  is  the  seventh  such  annual  fes9val  and  hosted  by  the  Capital  of  Arab  Culture,  this  comprehensive  programme  has  been  supported  by  the  Economic  Development  Board,  Ministry  of  Culture,  the  Shaikh  Ebrahim  bin  Mohammed  Al  Khalifa  Centre  for  Culture  and  Research  and  local  art  galleries.

Undertaken  by  the  Arab  League  under  the  auspices  of  the  UNESCO  Cultural  Capitals  Programme,  every  year  a  different  Arab  capital  is  awarded  the  opportunity  to  engage  in  a  cultural  dialogue  with  local  and  regional  audiences.

Manama  was  elected  as  the  Capital  of  Arab  Culture  in  a  mee9ng  of  Arab  ministers  of  culture  in  2004.  The  Bahrain  Ministry  of  Culture  has  developed  an  innova9ve  agenda  for  the  year,  which  seeks  to  invite  Arabs  to  discover  the  cultures,  heritages  and  iden99es  of  different  parts  of  the  Arab  world.

Gallure organised and conducted a national reading competition , an initiative by Miracle publishing for Ministry of municipalities and urban affairs.

The reading competition was designed to inspire children to become voracious readers and boost literacy standards, promote awareness of the proper use of books. Candidates boosted theri self- confidence by participating in the competition with a zest of achieving and a life long love for reading.

There were two categories :-

7-10 years

11-15 years .

A total of 250 students participated from different schools of Bahrain.

Choosing and preparing a short excerpt from a book motivates children to an active examination of literature. Furthermore, the competition encourages students to listen to others, and to get a closer look into the wide variety of classic and todays literature.

During this competition children make the experience that books offer many facets of suspense, entertainment and information and open new horizons

Almoayyed Motors has unveiled the new Ford Focus at Bahrain City Centre.

It comes in two versions, a 1.6-litre engines and 2-litre engine, with prices starting at BD5,995.

The car is equiped with active park assist, rain-sensing wipers and automatic air conditioner. It also has a voice command infotainment system and 17-inch alloy wheels.

A  friend  went  to  London  recently,  and  brought  a  souvenir  which  said  “Keep  Calm  and  Carry  On”.The  phrase  has  immense  meaning  in  it,  and  somewhere,  in  our  daily  drudgery,  it  boils  down  to  this  licle  phrase,  where  we  look  at  it  and  smile  and  think,  yes,  one  can  “Keep  Calm  and  Carry  on”  and  everything  falls  in  place.
