Ansamblul ventilator/motorVentilatorul este compus din 3 elemente:- Venti lator - Motor - Aprtoare pentru degete, care are i rol de suport principal i cadru de prindere. Acest
cadru este confecionat din cadmiu strlucitor, care a fost placat pentru a i se asiguraprotecia i este montat pe carcasa principal cu ajutorul elementelor de montare anti-vibraie confecionate din cauciuc.
Schimbtorul de cldur
nclzire i rcire*- Tuburi de cupru.- Aripioare de aluminiu.Modelul cu aburi "V"- Tuburi de oel.- Aripioare de aluminiu.
* Doar pentru rcire: Schimbtorul de cldur nu este potrivit pentru a fi utilizat n atmosferecorozive sau n medii unde aluminul poate fi supus coroziunii.
Motorul electric
Motor asincron trifazat 3Ph-400V-50HzConstructie de tip inchis, cu carcasa din aliaj de aluminiu, cu rulmenti inchisi cu autolubrifiere,protectie IP 55, izolatie clasa B- 2 viteze, 1350-1000 r.p.m. (de la1 la 6) sau 900-700 r.p.m pentru toate marimile cu izolatie
termica KLIXON;- la cerere, cu 1 viteza 4 poli (1400r.p.m.) sau 6 poli (900 r.p.m.) numai pentru marimile de la 1
pana la 6;- la cerere cu alimentare monofazata cu condensator, numai pentru marimile de la1 pana la 6.
Carcas:- Carcasa este confecionat din oel galvanizat prevopsit.- Orificiile de ventilaie sunt inute pe poziie n mod ferm de pivoi cu resort.- Distribuia pe patru ci este atins prin adugarea unui al doilea aparat, n general pentru
utilizri orientate n jos.

~NC{LZIRE Sistem de optimizare Jetstream pentru debitul de admisie al aerotermelor
Acest sistem permite reducerea temperaturii medii a aerului care prsete aeroterma i cretedistana de evacuare a aerului din aeroterm, asigurndu-se astfel avantaje considerabile att nceea ce privete economiile de energie, ct i n ceea ce privete confortul asigurat. Sistemul deoptimizare Jetstream a debitului de admisie crete viteza datorit formei speciale a orificiilor sale dedeviere a aerului, care permite crearea unor straturi diferite de aer fierbinte la orificiile de evacuareale aerotermei. Depresiunea creat ntre straturi induce o aspirare lateral a aerului ambiental, care
se amestec cu aerul nclzit ulterior de sistem, reducnd astfel temperatura aerului care prseteaparatul i crescnd distana de evacuare a aerului din aeroterm.
Temperatura aerului care prsete aparatul are o influen decisiv n ceea ce privete stratificareaaerului fierbinte, i drept urmare, i asupra consumului de energie: pentru fiecare grad n minus altemperaturii ambientale, se obine o economie de 1,5% n ceea ce privete consumul energetic.Utilizarea sistemului de optimizare a debitului de admisie are urmtoarele avantaje:a) Economia de energie:
- reducerea stratificrii de aer fierbinte n interiorul cldirii;- reducerea timpului de funcionare ale aparatelor, n condiiile n care se obine aceeai
temperatur ambiental.Economia de energie variaz ntre un minimum de 5% i un maximum de 15%, evaluareacorespunztoare obinndu-se dup dou sezoane.
b) Confort ambiental crescut:- creterea uniformitii temperaturii la nivelul pardoselii, cu o zon de confort mai extins;- posibilitatea instalrii unor echipamente mai mici i mai silenioase, ca urmare a creterii
distanei de EVACUARE a aerului.

Descriere
Panoul de control este furnizat fr un temporizator. Acesta poate fi montat dup instalare, prin introducerea lui ncadrul panoului i efectuarea conexiunii electrice, utiliznd n acest sens conectorul special pre-cablat. Suntdisponibile temporizatoare electromecanice zilnice i temporizatoare digitale sptmnale.
Funcionare-ntreruptorul de control este la poziia "0": aerotermele sunt deconectate de la tensiunea de alimentare, iar
acestea sunt astfel oprite.-ntreruptorul de control este la poziia "ventilare": funcionare continu a aerotermei la vitez sczut.-ntreruptorul de control este la "VENTILARE": funcionare continu a aerotermei la vitez ridicat.-ntreruptorul de control este la poziia "AUTO": doar pentru dispozitivele cu temporizator, BSA-A i BSA-D):
permite pornirea automat a aerotermei, n funcie de informaiile furnizate de termostatul extern cu 1 sau 2 pai.Temporizatorul poate fi combinat cu dou termostate diferite, cu setri separate pentru funcionare n timpul nopiisau al zilei. Prin utilizarea termostatelor cu contact inversor se obine comutarea automat de la vitezsczut la cea ridicat prin intermediul termostatului "de zi" i de la vitez redus la oprirea ventilatorului,cu ajutorul termostatului "de noapte". Termostatele cu doi pai permit comutarea automat a vitezei aerotermeide la ridicat la sczut i apoi oprire, atunci cnd se atinge temperatura stabilit.
