Job Duties/project description Eric was the quality engineering manager in charge of all the quality processes in this mattress

making facility, ISO 1345. He was in charge of all documentation in the facility, made sure the equipment was running correctly and would suggest and implement improvements to the production if necessary

Work Quality and Quantity Eric was very detailed in his work, His documentation was always perfect and elaborate Eric was in charge of a team of quality engineers and had a heavy workload but never got

overwhelmed, he would put in the extra hours if he needed to make sure the work was one. Enjoyed having extra responsibility, no task was too big for him.

Strengths and Abilities Very skilled at quality, documentation was always conducted properly and Eric would always go

above and beyond with his work. He would stop production if needed to make sure everything was working correctly and would take initiative to fix the defective process.

Eric is highly skilled, great working with others, great at what he does in the quality/ validation engineering realm

Initiative, Cooperation, and Communication Eric was a go getter at Tridien Worked very well with others and others enjoyed working with him, was a great communicator

verbally and written

Attendance/Reliability Couldn't remember a time when Eric ever missed work or was late to the job.

Additional Comments Said he would hire Eric back in a second if he ever needed another quality manager

Job Duties/project description I am the business development manager. Eric was the quality engineer. He was involved with

quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. He was a great help. You could tell immediately he knew what he was doing.

Work Quality and Quantity Excellent, met requirement We weren’t very busy but he had no problem keeping up.

Strengths and Abilities He was strong technically. The standard QE roles like PPAP creating PFMEAs he would knock it

out with no problem. Couldn't narrow down his strengths specifically but "definitely had alot of them". He really has a

solid understanding of quality and manufacturing.

Initiative, Cooperation, and Communication I would describe him as passive aggressive. He wasn't overly aggressive but was aggressive

enough to get the job done. He communicated very well with others. He was a pleasure to work with. He also interacted

with our clients very well.

Attendance/Reliability Yes attendance was great, only missed one day in 6 months.

Areas for Improvement None

Additional Comments Would definitely rehire Eric, his contract was extended due to his performance.
