Conclusions

Operational safety is a matter of interest for all kind of aeronautical organizations

SMS implementation creates confidence and competitiveness

Some of the key elements for a successful SMS are originality, simplicity and applicability to particular operational characteristics of a particular organization

It has been proven that nevertheless the challenges, doubts and difficulties, SMS implementation is possible

Accident investigation, as a reactive method, continues been a valuable process in implementation of SMS
