General Hydroponics released the first AeroFlos in the late 1980s. These first models were born from a common vision that Lawrence Brooke and William Texier had had for years; their meeting in the mid 80’s gave birth to one of the most efficient hydroponic growing systems in the world, the AeroFlo. Of course, in the last 25 years several copies were made and offered on the market, but only the original AeroFlo remained. Today these units are developed in a series of standard and custom made systems, and sold worldwide. With the increasing demand for hydroponic rooftop gardens, urban and family farms, and home food production, it became evident that we must offer more alternatives to our ever-growing client base.
