REALTIME DISTANCE LEARNING — 0.2 CEU / 2 PDH / AIA Learning Units Eligible

For more information, visit: www.aeeprograms.com/realtime/CostControlThe key to implementing energy improvements is to demonstrate to other departmentmanagers “what’s in it for them” should they support these efforts. This is done byshowing how the net benefits of energy improvements will filter down to a facility’sbottom line. Doing this will help to overcome departmental resistance to spending adime that in reality will result in the entire organization’s saving a dollar. This two-houronline seminar provides strategies for building organization-wide consensus supportfor energy improvements. (One 2-hour live online session.)

Most of the live seminar programs described inthis catalog can also be arranged to be instructedon an in-house basis at your facility. Simply callthe number below for further information or to ar-range a program for your organization.

ADVANTAGES OF IN-HOUSE TRAININGMost companies realize the importance of keeping key personnel up tospeed on the latest developments in the energy field which impact their deci-sions. However, having an entire team exposed to the same body of instruc-tion at the same time has the added benefit of motivating everyone to worktogether to accomplish specific goals. In-house programs have a proventrack record of promoting cooperation, involvement, and results-oriented atti-tudes.

In addition, by having a seminar conducted in-house, you can work with thecourse instructor to assure greatest emphasis on those areas most relevantto your operations and goals. Questions can often be answered in greaterdetail than is possible in a seminar whose participants come from many com-panies.

COST ADVANTAGEYou can train up to 20 members of your staff for one flat fee (or a specifiedfee for each additional student up to 65) — AND you won’t have to pay youremployees’ travel costs, nor lose their valuable work time before and after theseminar. The following fee schedule is applicable for most programs:

If a course is highly customized to meet your organization’s needs, or mustbe extended in scope, your fee may need to be adjusted. The In-HouseSeminar Coordinator can provide you with a specific quotation.

All arrangements with the instructor are handled by the In-House SeminarCoordinator. Your organization is responsible for providing a suitable locationfor instruction and for furnishing audiovisual equipment as specified by theinstructor. AEE will provide each seminar participant with a course workbook.
