Introduction

AEDILIS, UAB is a Substation Commissioning Company. Enterprise is established directly for this

purpose in 2004. We currently employ 30 people of which 27 are highly-skilled engineers. From the

very beginning AEDILIS tries to attract professionals with great experience in projecting/designing,

mounting, installing, configuring/commissioning and testing:

• Relay protection and automation;

• Substation automation (remote terminal units, intelligent electronic devices, automated

accounting systems);

• Telecommunications equipment configuration;

• SCADA systems;

We supply hardware components and provide training as well.

We have already completed more than 600 projects in Lithuania and several projects in Estonia,

Latvia, and Russia. We reached 1.5 million EUR turnover in 2010. Our main partner in the region is

SIEMENS Lithuania and we provide a lot of services for them including training courses.

We believe that gain of customers’ confidence is possible only with our:

Company has qualified to work with equipment under low-medium-high electrical currents (0,4-

400kV).

Relay Protection and Automation group (RPAG)

INTRODUCTION

AEDILIS has 5 RPA specialists at this moment. We gathered great knowledge in creating fast and

efficient relay protection while keeping it selective, sensitive and reliable. As in everything company

does, we implement RPA knowledge of different technologies from major industry suppliers.

EXPERIENCE

RPAG members have from 8 to 25 of experience in substation commissioning. We have a lot of

practice in distribution and transmission (electricity) projects. RPAG can commission equipment at

0,4kV to 400kV. We have experience with power generation plants.

ACTIVITIES

What RPA group does?

• Engineering/design, Cubicle/cabinet mounting, installation, commissioning, configuration

Also our engineers worked in projects using REYROLLE differential and overcurrent protection

devices; AEBERLE, TRENCH, TAPCON compensating coils controllers, voltage regulators; VAMP relay

protection device platform.

We use OMICRON testing equipment CMC356, CPC100, CT Analyzer, IED Scout for faster and

automatically generated reports.



Substation Automation Group (SAG)

INTRODUCTION

SAG shares 6 years of experience in projecting, building, commissioning, and testing Remote

Terminal Units (or RTUs), instant-measurements devices (IMDs) and Automated Electric Energy

Accounting Systems (AEEAS).

We guarantee our job quality by constantly collecting information about customers‘ needs, checking

for mistakes in given projects and searching for efficient solutions. It is done with purpose to

forecast possible problems and their complexity professionally. This data helps to evaluate time

needed to solve a situation. We build our own database of applied solutions.

SAG group pursues goals of individual project while thinking about optimisation of costs and project

accomplishment schedule.

SAG group has 4 specialists now. We can invite more highly-skilled engineers from our data-base to

join a common effort on a particular project at any time given.

EXPERIENCE

We designed and accomplished projects in water supply companies, energetics field and railway

networks. SAG completed works in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Russia. Geography of our work is

constantly expanding.

Telecommunications Group (TG)

INTRODUCTION

WLAN, wireless, GPRS… You name it. Telecommunications group in AEDILIS can connect your distant

equipment via almost any known modern IT network. TG provides incredibly wide spectrum of

services with know-how of many industry suppliers. We create solutions, design and install radio,

optical, Ethernet and other networks using different multiplexers (SDH, PDH).

EXPERIENCE

Telecommunications Group from AEDILIS was the first in Lithuanian industry to design Wi-Max base

stations. We gained a lot of experience while installing wireless networks for water suppliers and

waste disposal companies. Apart from that, together with other company divisions, we designed and

accomplished projects in energy field and railway networks. AEDILIS completed works in Lithuania,

Latvia, Estonia, and Russia. Geography of our work is constantly expanding.

SCADA systems development group (SCADAG)

INTRODUCTION

SCADA (or supervisory control and data acquisition) specialists in our company bring customers’

drawings into life. It is their work to create computer systems and HMIs (human- machine interfaces)

for clients from different fields.

We provide solutions of different complexity for SCADA system in your business. It generally refers

to an industrial control system: a custom built computer cabinet with specific peripherals and a

software solution designed to control the monitored processes. Transmission of electricity between

different levels of power grid, gas and oil transportation through pipelines, water distribution, traffic

lights etc. can be taken as fine representing examples of SCADA systems in modern society.

INTRODUCTION

Project managers put everyone’s efforts together: they coordinate actions, and intermediate

between our customer and our engineers on mid-management level. Most of them are good

engineers themselves, so it makes them perfect connectors between engineering and managers’

world.
