A The period of deputation will normally be 3 years which may

Desirable:

(ii) Experience in directing or monitoring orcoordinating
multi-disciplinary Research andDevelopment projects and working
'experience in thearea of HF/VHF/UHF, Satellite
Communication,Communication Intelligence, CommunicationNetworking
etc.
(iii) Certificate course in a Foreign language other thanEnglish
from a recognised University or Institute.
Note-l: The Qualification(s) regarding experience is relaxable
at thediscretion of the competent Authority in the case of the
candidatesbelonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Schedules Tribes
if at any stageof selection the Competent Authority is of the
opinion that sufficientnumber of candidates from these communities
possessing the requisite'experience are not likely to be available
to fill up the vacancies reservedfor them. .
Note-2: The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are
in thedirect line of promotion shall riot be eligible for .
consideratton forappointment on deputation. Similarly,
deputationists shall-not be eligiblefor consideration for
appointment on promotion.
Note-3: The maximum age limit for appoin.tment on deputation
shall benot exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the
receipt of theapplication.
Note-4: For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service
fordeputation / absorption basis, the service rendered on a regular
basis byan officer prior to 01.01..2006; the date from which the
revised paystructure based on the 6th CPC recommendations -has been
extended,shall be deemed to be service rendered in the
corresponding grade payorpay scale extended based on the
recommendations of the commissionexcept where there has been merger
of more than one pre-revised scaleof pay into qne grade with a
common grade payor pay.scale, and wherethis benefit will extend
only for the post(s) for which that grade payor

3. The officers appointed on deputation can be posted anywhere
inIndia as per requirement of the organization.

4. Attested copies of educational qualifications, experience
testimonialsand other certificates should be enclosed, with the
application.Candidates however, will be required to produce
original certificates forverification at the time of interview.
5. Neatly filled application typed or in own handwriting on A-4
sizepaper in the prescribed proforma (placed at Annexure) may
