TODD Newman Builders are Australian Institute of Petroleum Accredited, which means they build and fit out

petrol stations.Included in the commercial packages

are security upgrades. Todd personally designs and scope the projects and gives companies recommendations on how to best tackle the sites. They also run a maintenance division for a major fuel company.

Todd and Kate pride themselves on efficiency, safety and convenience, always putting customers, site staff and management first.

But it’s not just what they say, it’s what

they do. They have employed a professional

team to write an Occupational Health and Safety Manual specific for their business, both commercial and domestic.

Other commercial work recently completed is the relocation of the Cabbage Patch Supermarket at the Kangaroo Flat Market Centre.

In addition, Todd and his team have recently finished two garden upgrades at local nursing home facility Bupa, in Holdsworth Road. This project involved the design and creation of a new garden area which included a men’s shed, polished concrete bench tops, a pergola café area, shade sails, concreting, new gardens and the installation of synthetic turf.

Other work has included the renovation and extension to Valentines antique furniture shop, creating two new

commercial shops in Valentines Walk.Todd Newman Builders is a diverse
