Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3CEPE or 4GB or higher. Joint venture tenders are also acceptable if compliant with the CIDB grading requirements for Joint Ventures. Preferences are offered to tenderers who have Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI), Women, Youth (18-35) people with disabilities equity ownership, as well as for tenderers having their head office in the Mpumalanga area. The Employer will meet tenderers at the Delmas Environmental Centre, from where the party will depart by own transport. The Employer will conduct the tenderers meeting at a venue to be indicated during the site tour, during which attendance will be registered. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data. NB: The successful bidder will be expected to sign a service level agreement with the Department. The client (Department) is not obliged to accept the lowest or any of the tenders.
