We are looking for:    • A person who is interested in working alongside families, children and youth who can help create bridges between church and the military community. What is the role about?    • Help to develop opportunities to connect with families as they move into our area, to look at how we support families when a serving member is going to be away for period of time and to help families discover and maintain their faith    • You will learn from, and support, two experienced Families Workers within the church and the Methodist Forces Board What's in it for you?    • There is a unique opportunity to experience a wide variety of family ministry within the church and learn from some of the innovative projects we undertake with the Aldershot Garrison Chaplaincy Team. You will have an  opportunity to shape the church’s mission in the community and to lead elements of sessions and activities. This will help you to prepare for the workplace and give you a range of experience to draw on in future interviews.    • Train with a group of 10 others doing similar roles across the country
