Welcome to Drammen Grand Prix 2017. Outboardklubben have the pleasure to invite all of you to a great weekend of racing and social events.

All registration will take place at nmfsport.no Foreign drivers will be able to send an e-mail to nmf@nmfsport.no for their registration. There has to be at least three drivers in each class to be qualified for the race. Registration forms has to be sent in before deadline. Delayed registrations are to be charged 50 % in addition.

Insurance:

All competitors must be properly insured according to UIM. Norwegian participants are already covered by NMF, as well as the outboard club itself. Foreign participants are offered a third party insurance through payment to NMF. The office, nmf@nmfsport.no, will be at your disposal. All minor participant must provide a written consent of parental agreement to participate in any race, and practice.

Practical Race information: Organizer will hold the right to proceed doping controls of participants. UIM 406.05 says the following: «A blue card can be given by the UIM commissioner/OOD for any offensive, unsportsman, abrasive etc, behavior during any official activity (briefing, race control during event etc.)

Practical information: There is a non-alcohol tolerance. Launching Boats: By crane

Practice: All technical controls must be passed. Must be cleared by race control. Full race gear must be worn. All race rules, and regulations apply under practice.

Start: Dead engine jetty start. In line with UIM § 307, for all classes.

Protest fee: 80€ in consonance with the UIM rules at the Nordic Championship, and 2000kr for classes such as NC.

Race fuel: Shell Gas Station – by the roundabout at the end of Strandveien (Tomtegata

22). Driver meeting: All drivers MUST be present at the drivers meeting. If not, this will lead to

suspension. Buoys damage: The cost of buoy damage is set to a fee of NOK 1500 for each buoy. Advertising: The organizer holds the right to have logos on boats in consonance with the

NMF, and UIM rules.

Pit: Each team will get their designated pit area by the pit marshal. Cars must be parked at announced areas. Pit marshal will help you out.
