COURSE PROVISION
• No Scottish course provision tailored to CYP staff until October 10
• March 2009 – NES brokered SGHD funding for 10 students to Liverpool JMU and funded 2 students to London South Bank University
• Total Scottish Students funded to study in England
= 12

• October 2010 – 3 new Masters Modules
- Advanced Clinical Decision Making
(West of Scotland University)
- Advanced Paediatric Pathophysiology (Edinburgh Napier)
- Advanced Practice for Staff Working with CYP (QMU)
- PG Cert, PG Dip, Masters
• All oversubscribed eg. Napier cap at 30 students and currently have 55 applicants
• Planned Total = 40 Actual Total = ↑

• 70 students undertaking funded education
• 3 graduates from LJM September 2010
• 10 students completed toolkit September 2010
• Impact paper – Focus Groups, telephone interviews and Case Studies (internal NES CYP Team)
• Stakeholder Showcase Events – February 2010, March 2011
