Advanced Group of Companies utilises an electronic data management system designed to track prospects,
carry out invoicing and also act as a scheduled maintenance planner. The system also provides a client
interface facility via a secure website which allows our clients 24 hr 7 day access to track all invoices, view
inspection test results and view the contract purchase / cost history per site and due dates of tests to be
conducted at any given time.
If successful with securing your contract, this system will be utilised to manage all aspects of your service
agreement to ensure maintenance is fully monitored and up to date at all times.
