Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that your child will be receiving a FREE tshirt in navy with a white Jockvale Elementary logo on the front compliments of the Jockvale Elementary School Council. The purpose of the tshirts is to help promote a sense of community among the students, staff, and families at Jockvale. All students are encouraged to wear their tshirts on Friday Spirit Days and at school events.
To receive your child’s tshirt simply complete the form below by November 30 th and return it to the school. Please complete a seperate form for each of your children attending Jockvale. We hope to deliver the tshirts before the holiday break.
Available in Youth (2 20) and Adult Sizes (S XL). For sizing information please see the back of this form.
