FILE DELIVERYPrint-ready files can be emailed to production@adshel.com.au if under 10MB. Files over 10MB can be uploaded to Quickcut, sent to Production via a link (eg. WeTransfer or Dropbox), or uploaded to Adshel’s FTP (please contact the Production team for FTP details).

If printing externally, a low-res PDF of all artwork must be sent to production@adshel.com.au for commercial approval prior to printing. All alcohol advertising must be approved by the Alcohol Advertising Pre-Vetting system (AAPS), and a copy of the AAPS form supplied to Adshel Production.

POSTER STOCKThe following poster stocks are accepted by Adshel:

POSTER DELIVERYStreet Furniture and 7-Eleven posters are due at Adshel’s depots no later than Monday 5 working days prior to the campaign start date for on-time installation. Posters delivered after this time may be installed late.

Metrolite Scrollers for 7-Eleven campaigns running in NSW, VIC and ACT must be sent to the NSW depot for pre-install preparation. QLD Metrolite Scrollers should be sent to QLD. All Street Furniture posters can be sent to the state in which they are running.

Posters should be delivered according to quantity/state as per the below table. Please do not use staples, or wrap tubes in plastic. Campaigns of more than 100 posters should be delivered on pallets, except for NSW where deliveries of more than 50 posters should be delivered on pallets. Poster quantities less than 50 can be delivered in tubes in ACT, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.

POSTER DISPOSALAdshel disposes of all printed poster copy at the end of the display period without liability to the advertiser. Please contact your Adshel account manager at the time of booking to make alternative arrangements.

FILE SETUPFiles should be supplied in CMYK as high-res PDFs, or InDesign files accompanied by all fonts and links. All artwork should have 10mm bleed around the trim size. To reduce file size, artwork can be supplied at ¼ of the final trim size at 250 dpi (files at full size are still acceptable).

Metrolite Scroller artwork should have 20mm non-printed white space top and bottom (as well as bleed), included with in the trim size. Three alignment marks must be printed on the right hand edge of each Metrolite Scroller poster. The first mark is to be printed in the centre of the poster and may be a dot or a dash approx. 5mm wide, with the second and third marks printed 150mm above and below the first. The colour of the alignment mark should contrast with the background colour.

PRINT NUMBERSAdshel Production will supply specific delivery instructions for each campaign, showing splits between formats/creatives/markets, filler and spares, as well as all depot addresses and deadlines. Please contact Adshel Production to discuss material instructions for campaigns with more than one creative – material Instructions must be supplied to Adshel on an up-to-date Adshel site list.

PLEASE NOTE:

Metrolite Scrollers must be printed with 3 alignment marks on the right hand edge of the poster. The first mark is to be printed in the centre of the poster and may be a dot or a dash approx. 5mm wide with the second and third marks printed 150mm above and below the first. The colour of the alignment mark should contrast with the background colour.

Please allow 20 mm of non printed space at the top and bottom of the artwork.
