For developing forms in AS ABAP, you need following SAP GUI patch (SAP Note864634):

Stand-Alone Installation1. Uninstall older version of Adobe LiveCycle Designer

First, you need to uninstall all older versions of Adobe LiveCycleDesigner (6.0/7.0/7.1). As Adobe LiveCycle Designer may have been installedin any of several ways, uninstall it according to the correspondingdescription below.

Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed using the Designer installerGo to: Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> SAP Interactive

Forms -> Select 'Change/Remove' option.

If you cannot see the 'SAP Interactive Forms' item under Add andRemove Programs, Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP GUI or theSAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP GUI

Select 'SAP Front End' from the list in 'Add or Remove Programs',select 'Change', deactivate 'Interactive Forms' and continue.

Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP NetWeaver DeveloperStudio

Select 'SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio' from the list in 'Add orRemove Programs', select 'Change', deactivate 'Interactive Forms', andcontinue.

2. Install Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0After uninstalling previous versions of Adobe LiveCycle Designer,

you can start the installation of release 8.0 by double-clicking the'SapAldSetup.exe' file from the extracted files.
